Shipping Information
We understand you're excited to receive your new computer or gadget! Here's how we handle shipping:
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
- Free Shipping: All orders over $200 (before taxes and any applicable fees) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $[Insert Amount] applies to destinations within Canada.
- Express Shipping: Currently, we offer standard shipping. We are working on introducing express shipping options in the near future.
Processing & Delivery Times:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Canada. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your device is on its way, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship exclusively within Canada from our location in Scarborough, Ontario.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow these guidelines:
Returns Due to Technical Issues (Defects):
If your computer or laptop arrives with a hardware defect or develops an issue covered under our 3-Month Warranty within the warranty period:
- We Pay for Shipping: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact our support team at info@sky6technologies.com or 613-617-7596 to initiate this process.
- Resolution: Once our technical team receives and verifies the defect, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund, according to our warranty policy.
"Change of Mind" Returns:
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a defect (e.g., you've changed your mind), please note the following:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new and unused condition, with all accessories included.
- Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for "change of mind" returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any original shipping costs (if applicable).
Exchanges:
If you received the wrong product or need to exchange an item for a different model, please contact us at info@sky6technologies.com within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but occasionally issues may arise during transit or through fulfillment errors.
Received a Damaged Item:

Received the Wrong Product:
Mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that you did not order, please get in touch with us at info@sky6technologies.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense.
